V-Soft Consulting’s New Company Headquarters is Dedicated to Fostering Collaboration and Partnerships Throughout the Commonwealth – Technologist

V-Soft Consulting, a leader in innovative IT consulting solutions, is pleased to announce the grand opening of their state-of-the-art company headquarters in the heart of Louisville, KY. This event, set for November 14th, 2023, will commence with a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony, joined by esteemed guests, Mayor Craig Greenberg, and Governor Andy Beshear.

Located at 2550 Eastpoint Parkway in the Eastpoint Business Center, V-Soft Consulting’s new headquarters has been specifically designed to serve as the center for collaboration, fostering innovation and networking within the business community. Conveniently located between the Old LaGrange Rd and Old Henry Rd exits off I-265, it offers easy accessibility and is surrounded by diverse dining options and hotels accommodations.

Hollenbach & Oakley helped us with land acquisition and early on project management. The architectural design of the headquarters was crafted by DKN Architects, with the skilled team from Miranda Construction continuing to work on tenant spaces, creating a dynamic and productive environment. FDA1 lead construction as the general contractor. Mary Lee O’Bryan of Design Studio, LLC brought our brand to life through tech-inspired interior design services. Additionally, ORI assisted us with fitting our space with modern and high-performance furniture to ensure the maximum comfort and collaboration for team members.

Currently, V-Soft Consulting occupies the third floor and part of the second floor of the 48,000-square-foot office building. Two tenants have already secured leases for some of the remaining space. Houchens Insurance Group is currently residing in space on the first floor, while Fischer Homes is set to occupy space on the second floor in the new year.

V-Soft Consulting’s new headquarters was intentionally designed to be more than any another office space. The office building has been thoughtfully designed to support the diverse needs of today’s dynamic workforce, providing a method for collaboration and networking. The headquarters offers:

• Private phone booths for focused conversations
• Individual workspaces to boost creativity and efficiency
• Two generously sized conference rooms capable of hosting up to 80 individuals

The new headquarters not only caters to V-Soft Consulting’s internal needs but also stands as a place for external networking opportunities. Notably, One West and Women in Commercial Real Estate have already benefited from V-Soft’s innovative space, and groups like Greater Louisville Inc have utilized it with plans for future use.
